A part of starting your day right is most definitely setting up a night routine that makes morning tasks streamlined and easy. When setting up a morning routine you need to decide what tasks you wish to do every night in detail, even down to the order you wish to complete the tasks in. Ever since I was a little kid I remember my parents wrote a nightly routine, however when I was in high school I really only had a morning routine… This is going to be the best nightly routine!

It is difficult at times to put what you know about healthy living into practice. Everyone knows that eating healthy food and regular physical activity is essential for losing weight and getting healthy, but it can be a struggle to implement. For some people it may be easy to go running every day, for others however, cutting out fast-food and soft drink is easy. For me I find it easy to eat heaps of vegetables, however, I do get pizza, fast-food and other unhealthy food when I am not prepared. Knowing where to start is often difficult as well. I have recently discovered the convenience of online shopping. I know, I am so late to the party. There is something that is so exciting about such a great feeling of receiving a package! I thought I would share my recent purchases with you. I have not tried any of these products yet so I am excited to see how well they do.
My current health habits over the years have transitioned from being healthy as a child to crappy as a tween then to moderately healthy as a teen and then to being fairly unhealthy as a young adult. I have a few health-promoting habits I would like to introduce into my daily routine. These aren’t only eating and exercise habits, but also include morning and night tasks I wish to get done every day to make my future brighter.
